Surgery is tomorrow at 9:45am. I can't wait to get started on this journey. All the research and bloggin has been so worth it. I feel very prepared and ready to get going. Hopefully I will be able to fall asleep at a decent hour.

Congrats, but keep this in mind:

Hydrate before protein
Walk, walk, walk
Sip and don't gulp
Anti nausea meds take on schedule and not as needs
Get a chewable vitamin
keep in constant contact with you NUT
