Food Porn - beware kinda long
I have gotten some mixed feedback about my food porn posts lol. So I have put most of them on my blog. But I thought I would share this one with a little message.
Miss Bobbie's is a locally owned small business that happens to be a low carb shoppe. She sells low carb speciality items as well as having a little deli there as well. I support her business because it is a small local business AND because the food and service are great. Just by googling - I know that low carb shoppes can be hard to find - but most big metro areas have one it seems.
People have asked what can you eat after you are sleeved. I am almost 5 months out. I am sure that I could probably eat anything I want. But for the most part - I don't eat carbs. My daily carb intake is under 20g on most days - never higher than 40g. I am still losing. But the food I eat is delicious and healthy.
Today at Miss Bobbie's I got a banana mocha blended ice coffee. Her shoppe is the reason I make blended ice protein coffee at home lol. I also picked up my dinner for the evening which is going to turn into my lunch for tomorrow as well. Possibly dinner too - but my friend might eat the other half.
I got a roast beef provolone lettuce wrap. They give you TWO!!! I couldn't finish one. I even removed the lettuce lol... But damn they tasted so good just as a meat rollup. I barely got thru just over a third of one.
I put the ingredients into myfitnesspal for the wrap ONLY - for one whole wrap it is 190 cal; 6 carbs; 11fat; 21 protein!!
