Surgeon Input on Sleeve Size?
I havent read anything in the last couple years where sleeve size was an option by the patient...usually from what ive seen, surgeons usually go with a "one size fit all" sleeve size that they are comfortable performing.
Just my opinion - but if you are at the point where you have exhausted all other weight loss options and you are turning to WLS, your best option is for a smaller sleeve...
As far as getting adequate nutrition, trust me, after about 9-12 months, you'll be able to get what you need. If you check out the Exercise and Fitness forum, there are several Ironman finishers post WLS.
