Weight Loss Stats

I know that everyone will lose at different paces than others, but I like to see where I rank with others and if I need to pick up my pace lol.

In the three months since surgery I have lost 56 lbs.  Since I started tracking (Spring 2011) I have lost 74.

Where is everyone else??  I have seen some trackers that show almost at 100 lbs and I am AMAZED!

I have lost 60 lbs but lost 19 during my 2 week pre-op liquid diet.  I am currenlty a little over 2 months out.  I have set a goal to lost 75 by Valentine's Day but I am thinking that is a tall order!!  We will see.

i am down 41 pounds since surgery. litle over 2 months out.  looks like you are doing great!  my total weight loss includes what i lost before surgery.

ps, my surgeon says the average is 110 in a year, looks like you are well on the way! 

 I like seeing how everyone is doing as well. Seems like we are all around the same as far as loss goes. How is everyone feeling? Do any of the rest of you feel like your skin is deflating?? I have an autoimmune disease that requires steroid shots and today I went to see my Doc to start the shots again.. She started laughing when she injected me the first time.. she said that the needles go in much easier.. go figure haha!

Tomorrow I am 4 months post op and I have lost what most of you have lost by 3 months post-op.  But I bet if you calculate % of body weight lost so far we are all pretty similar.  At my 3 month post-op visit I had lost 47% of my excess body weight, so I am over 50% now.  My surgeon said I would "peak" early mostly due to the fact that I was lightweight pre-op.  From my highest weight ever though (5 yrs ago) I have lost 107 pounds.  I have so much excess skin and it gets worse everyday.  My size 14's are getting big and I am just dumbfounded when I look at the scale, I am almost in the 160's, I haven't seen that number on the scale since maybe, middle school?

I lost 50 lbs preop since last 4/11 and 45 lbs since RNY on 11/7.  Because of the stricture, I've been on mostly liquids since surgery :(

My surgery was Oct. 10th and I have lost 65lbs! This is so amazing to me..I did not have a pre-surgery diet or anything,this is strictly since surgery. I feel better everyday that goes by!
