Finally joining here!

Well, after being at goal for over a month, I finally got around to taking the recommendations of the vets and joined here. I seem to still be losing a little bit VERY slowly. I'm not really interested in losing any more, but we'll see where I end up. I've cut back my exercising a little bit (4-5 days instead of 5-6 days a week), but my food has pretty much stayed the same. I'm now in the process of getting plastics, which I desperately need. I feel good in clothes, but am not looking forward to baring any skin (which I have LOTS of) this summer.

welcome to our group. lots of good info here.

Don't worry about still losing slowly. as time goes by it will even out and you may even put back a pound or two. now is the time to start figuring out how many calories you need to maintain. you will probably lose a little more with the plastics. tell us all about what you get. we love to hear it!

congrats on meeting your goal.   Diane
