Today - 119

This seems to be my pattern: gain from the weekend shenanigans then lose back down to where I was the week before, sometimes a little lower.
I just can't let those weekends get outta control!

Still holding at 165.2
I seem to drift between 163 and 165, so as long as I never go above 165 I'm happy.
I had my one year check up and weigh in today. Dr. July was pleased where I am for maintainance, so I'm a happy camper!
