120 today. looks like i am gaining back the 4 pounds i lost on my trip. but i am leaving again for the same trip tomorrow so will probably drop a couple. oh well. can't count on travel as weight management. diane

149.8 - thinking about calling it and giving up on the last 15 lbs. I was hoping for at least 140. I've maintained a 2 lb range for 6 months. Sounds like maintenance to me. Don't know - we'll see.
Wonderful, but windy bike ride with the hubby yesterday. Carried hundreds of textbooks today. Feeling the burn. It's 3 pm and I haven't had lunch yet. Oh well, might just wait for dinner.
Hubby couldn't sleep last night. Stress. So, we talked awhile. Now I'm feeling too tired to think about another bike ride.

171.5 - little bounce up from yesterday, but I've re-hydrated so I was expecting it.
Although my weight has been very stable - I've been between 170 and 175 for 6 months now, I finally had to break down, dump all my size Ls and go get new M-sized shirts this weekend. My waist has maintained around 30 inches - but my ass is completely gone. Even the tightest jeans I have are now baggy in the behind. Interesting to see the body re-composition going on due to exercise, long after the weight loss stopped.
