Daily Maintenance Weigh-In. For April 15!

Good morning all:

While have not lost weight this is the first weekend that have not gained so, for me, this is a victory. ( we take 'em where we can find 'em )

Still 9 pounds over goal But am re-learning eating habits. Will NOT give up.

Hope that this is a good day for all of us and a good food day.

Sounds like you are starting the week out on top of things; good for you! Keep up the good work and strengthen those habits. That's muscle we all could use more of.

TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal! BMI from 55.6 supermorbidly obese to 23.6 normal!!!!
