Happy friday to you!

184 - just back from a week in Manhattan/New Jersey... feeling the bloat - also did a massive squat/lunge leg workout and judging by the soreness in my quads, i'm probably retaining a lot of H20...

My wife is up for a job in New Jersey (near Manhattan) and flying out there Monday for a final interview... if she gets it, I'll be relocating since much of my work is in NY, NJ and London now... so we're excited to try living in (or at least near) the BIG city...

155.4 - 2-day trip up to see my dad and step mom. This number should come down over the next couple of days.

I want to be under 150 by the time I start back to work on the 21st. Just over a week.

I start my new technology position at the high school. In the Library I was able to average 10,000 a day. I want to keep that pace in this new position. Technology jobs are notorious for being considered sedentary, so I may have to make up my own reasons for getting out from behind the computer screen. My new boss is also known for being one of those skinny folks who likes to feed everyone else. She makes cupcakes and cookies and then brings them in to "share." Yeah...no. I don't eat food provided by anyone at school - unless it's a salad. That's my motto.

Thanks! I'm excited. It's definitely a learning curve for me, but I'm ready for the challenge.

How's things with the senior citizens in your life? How's your mom?
