156.0

That's not the number I thought I would see. I know myself and the way that I lose and off-plan meals/desserts is not what I need right now. I have very few things that fit and they are all the "bigger" size in my closet. Time to buckle down --whi*****ludes staying on plan through the weekends. Enough of this ****

I am going to look into having spring water delivered to my house.

145#. I'm out of my danger zone but just barely.  It's still unacceptable!!   I wore a skirt last Sunday and it was tight in the gut. I have several t-shirts that feature my muffin top now.  Not pretty!!!  So, Slim...I understand!!! We can do this!!!  Can we get through just today on plan?  I think we can!

My husband has morning band camp :)  The workman are coming to finish up fixing up fixing our side garage door.  I'm not real happy with how they fixed it.  But, it's almost done. I suppose it will have to do.  I'm working out today and puttering around the house.  School starts in 3 weeks...I'm not ready!  Good thing I have 3 weeks to mentally prepare.

Have a good day, y'all!!!

Stephanie, how is it I have missed that you are a teacher????  It blows me away to think of the percentage of educators, well, folks in the helping professions in general, there are on this board.  Amazing!  What do you teach?

Take your good intentions and MAKE THEM A REALITY TODAY- one good decision after another.  I know I've posted this before, but it's so true:  PRIDE = Progress Realized In Daily Effort  Bonnie

141.8  Slim, the water idea is an excellent one.  This last week, I've been refocusing on getting the top end of my liquids in (90+ exclusive of coffee) and have noticed a real difference on the scale.  For one thing, if I follow the no eating after drinking, it helps cut down on the grazing.   Oh, yah, and laying off the summer afternoon ****tails doesn't hurt, either.....(in training for school next week).  I put my whole day's water in the fridge- goal-make it gone before night-easy to count.  I'm cheering you on!  Bonnie

121. Seems there is an outbreak of increased gravitational force in north america causing all our scales to register higher. I must contact Neil DeGrass Tyson to investigate this phenomenon. Or else that goofy guy who does "Ancient Aliens" - an idiotic show that my husband loves.

The good news is that I am finished with my10 days of antibiotics during which time i had to avoid dairy and calcium within various hours.  Never realized how dependant I am on greek yogurt for protein and on other dairy products throughout the day.  I was eating smoked tofu sticks for lunch and getting sick of them.    diane
