Daily Maintenance Weigh In - Monday, March 2, 2015

114.5#  Making a concerted effort this week to dial this number back.  

Down another .3 lbs.  Trying to exercise patience and not project.  I'm about 1/2 lb. away from my first mini goal.  I need to be patient, knowing it will come off when my body is ready for that to happen.  Also, if I project about when I'll lose that 1/2 lb. and how much I'll lose by such and such a date, I may sabotage myself, as I've done so many times in the past.  So, for today, I am accepting (or trying to at least) that I'm where I'm supposed to be and, if I continue to eat the way I need to, tomorrow will take care of itself.  Have a wonderful day!  Mary

123. same old see saw.  hubby met with doctor a couple of days ago and is doing well. he had a little regain and is now getting it back off. he is walking the treadmill while i sit and drink coffee.   diane

I think I hear you giggling!!!

tee hee. he has set up a tv complete with tivo wall mounted right in front of the treadmill so he is giggling too at old movies.  diane
