Yesterday was a sterling food day.  Stuck to plan.  

No weight loss this am but my attitude is lighter.  

good for you apple. keep it up and it will pay off.

123.5 today. extra pound still hanging around.  today's fare will be healthy chicken soup with no noodles for a friend who had food sensitivities.  good reason to cook.    diane
