VSG Mtnce for April 16th 2015.

good morning all

The Vietnamese Birthday Dinner was very delicious and the new 40 year old was dutifully surprised.  and since most  of us could remember way back when WE were 40 he got a lot of likely unwanted advice.

I did eat spareingly but the salt has made the scale move for the first time in a week, and yup! In the wrong direction.  

Will be chug-a-lugging water for today.

The scale went down another .4 lb this morning.  I'm pleased, but trying to keep perspective, or I can easily engage in self-sabotage.  Working on staying in the moment and not projecting, which has always been a challenge for me.

122.5 . a sunny day sure puts me in a good mood.  Hmm, now i want to go try vietnamese food.  not sure how good it would be in our rural area but it does exist.
