It is DS 26th birthday today but I won't seem him as he is working all weekend

Weight 117.25, calories 1327. True weight might be a bit lower as I'm feeling a bit backed up.

Devon, maybe having a diagnosis and treating it will be the insight you need. I bet MANY of us have BED which is what got us where we were before WLS on the first place.

Interesting comments about a big breakfast: DH is 6'3" and at the most weighs 170. He has always eaten a really big breakfast: oatmeal or cereal, an omelet with feta cheese and a banana is his current routine. Then he eats lunch somewhat late and dinner somewhat late - no snacking.

Joey, I'm sure the soda bread is way better than store bought and other people would enjoy it. We have a good recipe for it which is almost like a dessert so I am NOT making it (wouldn't be able to resist it). I'll try to dredge up some good easy recipes thus weekend (that's the only kind I make generally).

Paula, I hope you have a solid treatment plan by EOD. Uncertainty can be the worst.

Linda, the jeans information is dangerous for me (a shopaholic)! I WILL be looking into them.

Have a great day all - we are having a snowstorm today!

T.G.I.F. -- Fifteen months after retiring I still appreciate Fridays. ;) And on that note, today I'll sign a non-disclosure agreement for that consulting gig.

Spring here is at least three weeks earlier this year than last. And it was early last year. The grass is growing like, well, like it's spring. I mowed two days this week. Naturally, after 75 degrees yesterday, then freaky, crazy thunderstorm with rain and hail last night, the weatherman is predicting it will snow this weekend.

You must be in the southern part of MO. We're in the north central AR. We have the same weather.

My parents in Iowa have had an early spring, too. They are quite suspicious about what Mother Nature might be getting ready to throw at them.

Wt 219.4 yea!!! Calories? Didn't track yesterday. Wt loss trend over the past 3 weeks is unexpected because there is no real change in diet. Down about 8 lbs. Vyvanse not studied specifically for weight loss but I am able to be more active and I swear it helps with chronic pain. May be all in my head but I'll take it either way.

More later, David

Improved mood = less chronic pain. I'm glad you are seeing improvement in multiple fronts.

Maybe move to house in the woods is helpful, too????

I am pretty sure your mood would further improve if you had a few mini goats. I know my mood would improve if you had a few mini goats.

I don't need mini goats, thank you. My son is planning on full size goats a little later. I will get enough goat therapy when house sitting. We have about 8 deer in our back yard every night, does that count?
