1.8 pounds away from onederland!

After several weeks of slow to no progress, I am seeing some weight loss. Such an emotional roller coaster. This morning though, I weighed myself and was down four pounds this week. Learning to deal wtih the highs and lows can be quite an ordeal. I am however, also seeing changes in how my clothes are fitting. Most of my skinny fatter clothes are snug but at least I can now get them on.
So this week, I have been doing very well in the diet and exercise club, once my blisters healed. I am still finding myself making two meals everyday: one for the kids and one for myself. A couple of yummy things I have discovered include SF jello mixed in coolwhip (FF) and protein coffee. The latter tasted really good the first time I tried it but the next time, I had to chock it down.
I also discovered a great online program.....or at least I think its great for now. My problem has always been consistancy. I start out great but lose momentum and motivation. LIkely its just summed up to plain laziness.  Anyways, this online program is free (fitday.com) and I can access my profile for food journals, exercise logs and looking up calories. The nicest part is it uses an excel program to calculate protein and calories. Nice. This week though, I will try to enter my logs everyday because I have to meet with the frustrating dietician on Nov 5.
