Finding Motivation

I am down another two pounds this week to 197. I spent the weekend cleaning out my house and going through all my crap. I got rid of seven bags of clothes (mine and the kids) and almost 15 bags of garbage and shreading. Time to get my life back starting with my environment. Now I need to start purging the emotional crap and I can likely move on and gain control of the rest of my life.
With all these positive steps, I find myself still struggling to get motivated to exercise. I have the treadmill sitting in my room and I feel a deep feeling of guilt every morning when I get up. I sit on my bed watching TV instead of getting on my treadmill to run for 20 minutes. What the heck is with that?  My goal next week will simply be to manage 20 minutes minimum a day.
