Accepted into program at kaiser.

Classes start on 8/24/10. A 12 week mandatory class.  I am trying to watch what I eat, and to lose some weight before the class, and before the fall.  They consider 2 different weights - the highest that Kaiser has (300) and the one that I weighed in at the dr. on 7/7/10 -- 288. 

My goal for myself is to weigh less each week.  I'd be happy with a half a pound loss a week. I am trying to watch what I eat for at least two meals a day and control my snacks and desserts.  If I can do that, I should continue to lose weight as I have been doing....slowly.

My wt at home this morning (shorts and a tank, no shoes) was 287  (who knew those sandles weighed a pound!)
