Still fighting for that 100th pound......

I feel like I'm inching up an ever expanding hill, sliding downwards, inching back up....and someone keeps adding to the hill....

I have managed to add an extra work out to my week this week -- working out 4 days instead of 3 days.  Don't know if I can maintain that every week; but it sure feels good to be doing it.  I'm watching what I eat, as usual, but those travel days kill me.  Sitting in the car for an hour; doing a home call for another hour, back in the car for an hour; office for 3 hours; back in the car for another hour or two.......makes me hungry when I'm in the car that long.  Taking healthy snacks, and drinking cold water....but still....no activity sucks.

Today I got into the gym before I left for calls.  Better than nothing....but the scale is barely moving....and when it does move, it moves back up for another day or two.  I know it's water....it's whatever....and the trend IS down....but so darn slow.  3 pounds in 2 weeks.  blech.
