I feel like I'm inching up an ever expanding hill, sliding downwards, inching back up....and someone keeps adding to the hill....I have managed to add an extra work out to my week this week -- working out 4 days instead of 3 days. Don't know if I can maintain that every week; but it sure feels good to be doing it. I'm watching what I eat, as usual, but those travel days kill me. Sitting in the car for an hour; doing a home call for another hour, back in the car for an hour; office for 3 hours; back in the car for another hour or two.......makes me hungry when I'm in the car that long. Taking healthy snacks, and drinking cold water....but still....no activity sucks.
Today I got into the gym before I left for calls. Better than nothing....but the scale is barely moving....and when it does move, it moves back up for another day or two. I know it's water....it's whatever....and the trend IS down....but so darn slow. 3 pounds in 2 weeks. blech.
