Happy Thanksgiving!

I just realized that I had not posted anything since I went back to work in January.....  
Wow...
Well I am now down to 204.  I have had ups and downs over the year,
About 2 weeks after my surgery, my Mother passed away.  

It was a rough time.  And I miss her every day...Especially today.  When something good or bad happens, I go to pick up the phone to call her and let her know....

The good parts outweigh the bad.  I know she would be very proud of me and how well I am doing.  While I might not think I am doing great- I stalled for the summer and have had issues with exercise    I have lost ~60 pounds since January.
