Wow. I am a bad blogger... 
I never remember to come on and post.. I have been struggling ..For a while.. I just hit 189 today..So it is about 6 months for 10 pounds..better down than up  
I do know I was my own worst enemy. I was eatingthe wrong things... Not really focusing.
This week I just decided to just get on with it.. Tada
