Wow ..another long stretch with not post... I am so not good at this..I am now at 199..
I was stuck for the LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGEEESSSSTTTTT time at 200-203...
I finally am getting back on track. Measuring my food and using myfitnesspal..to journal
I also bought Zumba dvd to do at home...
So my exercise is going up UP UP!!
Hopefully I stay on track..
