At the Easter event this last weekend someone made this amazing dip, that I ended up eating (minus the chips & crackers) but wow was it good!  And sooo easy, a combo that really works for me.

NSV #1 : Sat the hubby and I did yard work, a lot of yard work!  We filled up a trailer full of tree branches, weeds , bushes etc it took 6 hrs to cut it down drag it to the trailer and another hr to off load it at the dump on the back end.  Tired... b

I know stalls happen to everyone, but I'm stuck at 206 (I was down to 204 a few days ago), and then I do the math and I realize its not too bad.  I've lost 30 lbs in 50 days since WLS.  And that's pretty darn amazing!  And I'm 1/3 to goal in under 2 mt

I've always had really light periods & 2-3 days at most (probably why I had such a hard time getting pregnant).  Well this is getting ridiculous, 40 days post op and my period hasn't stopped yet.  Still light but constant.  The Dr said it was ok, and j

Yeah Price, I finally was successful... not sure why it took me so long to get it right, it wasn't really that hard...But I am sitting at my desk drinking my huge glass of Protein Lemon Tea w/ a spike of crystal light, and it tastes good!

I am having a hard time getting in all of my protein, so as a solution I started doing double Protein shakes/coffees, so instead of 24 G protein, I'd ingest double the liquid & double the protein powder twice a day (for 48 g Protein each) and supplemen
