eating secretly

I NEVER had a problem with eating right when I'm home but as soon as go to a family members house or friends and if they have my temptations out in the open ill secretly eat them when no one is looking i need another plan to be able to deal with this. because when i do get my surgery i want to be able to walk away with no problem
