I cant believe how time have fly so far i have lost about 90lbs its been hard to stay on track when you have alot of temptation infront of you. I still measure everything i eat and i write in a food jounal so if i do snack i still know what my calorie is. i have just bought a Bodymedia so i can have more control of everything and beable to work out ith my trainer. i still struggle with my water intake. Im trying to get better at it. I work out atleast 6days a week. At home i have P90X, Insanity, Turbo Fire when im not at home try to get moving and stay active if you can. remeber 6meals a day and eat every 4hrs to keep you not hungry and helps you not to snack.
