Is it hard for everyone to hear people eat? Chew?

I am trying to not smell or look at the food, but it is the hardest when I hear family chewing their dinner.  My husband has been great about making his own dinner so I don't have too, but I feel so left out that I can't chew or eat anything.  I know it is mental and a huge challenge I have to get trough, but at this time with only full liquids on my meal plate... it is driving me crazy.

Is anyone else having this problem?
