Had my 2 week Post Op appt today

 Yeah... I got the "good job" thumbs up from Ben and Dr. Zare today.  Yeah!

They both said I was on the road to recovery and could move up to a soft diet...Woo Hoo!  Here I come Sushi Boat! 

Well, I tried... we went to Sushi Boat and Frank (Sushi master) made me my favorite, but I just could not eat it.  The sauce on top of the imitation crab meat on top of a shrimp then baked was just too much for me to eat.  My taste buds and tolerance of heavy sauces are not there yet (if at all again). Bummer.  Even the miso soup tasted weird and I could not eat that either. Bummer x2.

So, off to McDonald's for a plain hamburger to share with my black Lab (Jake).  Don't worry he ate the most ... I think I got a quarter and a few fries... it was tasty but not something I could do too much... I am sooooooooooooo wiped out now I need to take a nap so my body can digest the food. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
