Post Thanksgiving

Today is my birthday and we survived the holiday... BUT, my low back is sooooooooo painful right now I just want to cry.  I do not know if low back pain is normal for RuNy post op, and I know I have herniated discs there but why would they become inflamed now?   Hmmmmmm

Also, I am concerned about the way my scares are looking on my stomach.  They have healed but now looking red and tender.  Is this normal for 8 weeks post op?  Hmmmmm
