Down 30 lbs! yay!!!!

I went to my one month check up on Feb. 14 and I have lost a total of 30 lbs. I am so excited. Even though I have been having constant headaches because I cant seem to get enough water, but other than that I feel great. I can fit into clothes that have been sitting in my closet for ages now. Hopefully I will download some new fotos of me soon!

I have not been online in a while but I am 2 weeks post op and I feel great! I have a couple of aches and pains but I think that's to be expected since I did go through major surgery. I lost a total of 10 pounds in the first week out of the hospital and a total of 7 inches off my waist. I have been instructed by my doctor to start on soft foods like yogurt and protein shakes now and it is a great contrast to only clear liquids.
My husband has been very supportive. When I first started with all the dr. appointments and everything he was not there for me like I had hoped but when the surgery day came and he was by my side for the 4 days I was in the hospital, it made up for everthing. I think the surgery has brought us even closer than we were. Now I know and feel that he loves me and wants the best for me. He is always calling to see how I feel and not to overdo it. He cooks and cleans and treats me well.
I will keep posting as I lose more weight. And I will upload more pics as well. For some reason I don't have that many of myself. I'm usually the one taking the shot just so that I wont have any evidence of how big I was. Now, all that will change. :)

Found out Wednsday that my surgery time is at 10. I am very excited!! I also have my doubts but then I start walking and my knee hurts so much that all those doubts fly out of my head. I am also very sad that I won't be able to go to Mexico to my niece's 15th birthday. She understands, though.
I also went to my pre-op testing on Wed. Linda is a sweetheart. All the staff treated me very nicely. They treated me like I was important and it felt great and reassuring.
