So an update on weight loss.. I have lost a total of 77 pounds which is 27 since surgery, which was almost 5 weeks ago. I have lost 7 inches from my waist and 5 inches from my hips.. so it is true.. my ass is getting smaller!! Now I get to start working on my Zumba.. not full pace of course but shakin what my momma gave me!! Goal is a total of 100 pounds by Sept. 1st.. we shall see!!!Today I weighed in at 354.8 which is almost a total of 79 pounds!! I am so happy..
By the way.. eating again is amazing even though its only like 3 tbsp. just being able to taste the food again is worth it!! 21 more pounds to go in Aug. to reach my goal.. Now I need to love to exercise or to just know in order to lose that weight that I must move!!
