I wanted to start by saying that I didn't reach my Sept. 1st goal of 100 pounds but I am ok with that. I am still doing good and hope to get myself on an exercise schedule here soon. I started a new job last week so now I will have a more normal schedule to get things in my life scheduled around. I went to an event yesterday where I haven't seen people for probably over a year and so many people made comments about how I am looking. Its awesome that those that don't see me can really see the changes. It makes me feel so good!!. I am not going to set anymore weight goals at this point. Just staying focused on what I am eating and moving around!! Hope everyone is doing well.. Oh and the Unjury Chicken broth protein is delicious. My 10 year old even thinks it taste like chicken and dumplings soup base... delicious. If you need something salty or have problems with the sweet protein this is a great option!!
