I Broke into the 260's

Sep 29, 2012

I finally got under 270. I can't remember being anywhere in this range in the last 10 years or more. sure I've worn smaller clothes, but never been less than 275. It's a bit of a mind-messer.

I have not been drinking enough water, I've spent the last few days rehydrating and trying really hard to fill all my free non eating time with water. I need more water because I am mildly dehydrated and I'm pretty sure the lack of the water is causing me to not lose weight as I should. I'm not a Dr, but I do know myself. I also feel so much more energetic and even warm (I was feeling pretty chilly) now that I am working to get in more water. I'm sleeping better and I feel better all the way around - so yay me!

I can tell I have lost weight. It's mostly in my clothes, ones that used to barely encase my panni are now very lose and baggy looking but the waists - well they aren't showing that much improvement. I had to get smoe new bras, the older ones are too big and it's annoying to wear them as while they didn't fit perfectly before, it's now like a fight to get them to stay in place at all. I went to Walmart and got a couple of cheaper ones (yay for smaller sizes again :) and one was this ahh bra type thing I just love, it's kind of sprts bra-ish and very comfy and stretchy enough that I don't feel it digging in like other sports type bras I've had.

I'm excited to be here in the 260s. I'm hoping this time next month I will be in the 250s. It's good to have a goal. Now I have to get going on moving my bedroom furniture around - it turns out the guy next door is a college student and is bringing home frosh girls who yell at 2:30 at night. I'd so much rather sleep through that than listen to it.

Have a good day!
