It Has Been 7 Months!

Wow, time sure flies when you have a RNY! I am still very pleased with my decision to have this surgery and boy has it changed the way I feel. I mowed my lawn this morning and 7 months ago I could not even walk around in the grocery store. I was the fat lady riding the cart at Wally World. Mind you I am not an athlete yet but I am working on it.I had a spell with low heart rate (bradycardia) and was hospitalized last week for 2 days. Turns out it was the beta blocker (heart medicine) that I had been on for a couple of years. They put me on a heart monitor and took me off the medicine and my heart rate went back up. Thank God!! They were talking Pacemaker and it scared the S- - - right outta me! But it's all good now. Let me hear from you guys! We need each other ok? This ride isn't easy no matter what stage we are at. Love you guys!
