10 Months Out...

Well, here I am 10 Months out and I have definitly been in a stall for a good while. But I did something really positive yesterday, I joined a health club
and met with a trainer and meet with her again tomorrow and I feel like this is the very best thing I can do for myself! Being the disfuntional obese person that I am
(I say that cause I still have the inner struggle and accept the fact that I always will even when I get to goal weight) I have been struggling with thinking the old way and wanting eat the old way and stay in and hide from people the old way. But, I am moving forward and doing what I know I have to do!! SO I AM CELEBRATING!!! 
I AM GOING TO MAKE THIS WORK! For anybody out there looking for a quick fix; THERE IS NOT ONE! But I still love my RNY and do not regret one moment. It has changed my life! Once again, without this website and all my friends here, 
I could never have turned my life around!!! THANK YOU! I LOVE YOU ALL!
