Almost 9 months out

Hello! Here I am almost 9 months out and 93 lbs off so far! I can only say that I wish that I could have done this a lot sooner but it is all in God's time. I feel so blessed to be off of insulin after 12 years of shots and my health issues are being resolved more and more. I must admit that I have been kind of discouraged but am picking myself back up! That is what we gotta do. We gotta reach out for support and help when we need it. I attended my first group support meeting and was thrilled to meet such a wonderful group of OH'ers. Am looking forward to the BIG EVENT in Dallas coming up very soon and plan to attend all of it! What would we do without this wonderful web site and all the stuff that is here to help us. Thank you so much for all the friendship and support that I have gotten the last year since I joined OH.com. I could not have done it without you!!!! You know if we don't put out effort into getting what we want then we will be putting our efforts into coping with what we've got...LOVE TO ALL!
