I attended the OH event in Dallas and had a wonderful time! I got to meet a lot of people and hear some really great speakers and I am really pumped up and ready to get the rest of this weight off and get really active and well I am just good to go! Anyone that can attend one of these events in their state are in for a real treat! It is so much fun and encouragment! You get lots of information and free goodies and support! I also got some really nice clothes from the clothing exchange. Once again, I want to say to all that I have met here on OH; Without you I never would have done this! We are all here for each other and a very special group of people! Hugs!
