 I'm thinking about stopping my weekly posts. Obviously my body is plateauing. I can't get in the 150s consistently, and I fluxuate between 159 and about 161. I work out. Track and watch my calories. I cannot push myself any more physically. I want to lose 15 more pounds. Maybe it will happen, but maybe it wont. It's becoming so frustrating to make these posts every week when it's the same thing, different day. My ONLY hope is that I am gaining muscle and losing inches. Hopefully the weight will come off in time?? Thats the ONLY thing that keeps me going to the gym. The scale certainly isn't a motivator!!!!!!! I am also afriad that if i skip the gym for an entire week, I will gain 5 pounds or something crazy and I wont be able to lose it! So the fear of that happening is what keeps me going as well.
Here's what my day looks like Monday- Thursday
Breakfast: weight control instant oatmeal, 1 T peanut butter= 255 calories
**I get in about 20 minutes total of low intensity walking around campus**
Lunch: depends on hunger. Anywhere from 80ish-200 calories of lean protein/veggies
special K protein water powder
**gym for elliptical for ~45 minutes, ~5 miles, burns around 470 calories**
snack: fruits or veggies, ~100 calories
dinner: lean protein and veggies ~200 calories
snack: something sweet ~200 calories
total calories eaten (NOT net): usually ~1,000-1,200 a day

SOOO I don't know why I can't lose! I just cant!

Anyway, I've had a super busy week. I worked out Monday (45 min elliptical), Tuesday (35 min elliptical), and Wednesday (60 minutes elliptical) of last week. 
On Thursday, my sister and I went to her law school preview. It was fun to look overdressed. Big curled hair, nice dress, heels..the works! I drove all the way to the city to be with her..true love! We then drove back to Norman (where OU is) and went to see Miranda Lambert. We got dolled up in our sun dresses and cowboy boots... something fat me always saw skinny me doing.. dream-->reality. I try to always remember and emphasize the small successes. This was definitely one of those! 
On Friday after class I studied (I know, I'm so dilligent) and then bonnie and I left for an OKC Thunder game. I wore TINY white shorts. My inner thighs aren't great (due to extra skin) but the rest of my legs pulled it off. I have to admit, I looked hot!
Saturday consisted of an out of town funeral, spending time with family, and more studying. 
Sunday..more studying!
This week I have three tests and a quiz: Quiz monday, tests on Wednesday (today), Thursday (tomorrow), and Friday. I did pretty well on my test today--I got a 76 on a physics test..which is a high B! I am in the process of studying for my next two tests.

As far as working out, Monday I did 45 minutes on the elliptical, Tuesday I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, and Wednesday (today) I did 45 as well. I plan on going Thursday (tomorrow).

Friday I am going to the mall with my mom to get makeovers--girl date! Hopefully we will also get in some clothes shopping (yes, I am an addict) and will find some deals.
oh and BIG ANNOUNCEMENT...I just signed my sister and I up for our FIRST run/walk..A 5K!! It's saturday morning, and we have at least an hour to finish it. Shouldn't be too bad!

 GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! I'm getting more and more frustrated each week. I work out, get my protein, etc, etc. I'm not sure why I'm not losing! In fact, over the past 6 weeks, I've actually gained two pounds! Makes no earthly sense to me.

PS: I'm now FOR sure in a size 9 juniors, size 8 womens. But there are always the odd size 8s that don't fit, and sometimes the size 10s that are tight. Size apparently isn't a science!

 FINALLY got some of that weight gain off. Phew! I was getting worried there for a little while.
Well this week I'm being super strict and counting my calories so hopefully the weight loss will show up next week as well. I am also hitting the gym pretty hard. I'm just so glad to be back in the 150s! Hopefully I'm on my way to the 140s and GOAL weight!

 I don't have much to say... STRESS STRESS STRESS STRESS eating..  I really don't care about my weight that much. I KNOW that I haven't been eating how I usually eat and that's exactly why I'm gaining so fast. Lots of stress!!!!! I will get back on track though.. no worries!

Woo! A big loss... finally!!! I've been waiting on it, lol. Well. This week I've been back on the "grind"-- school, gym/lacrosse. Trying to go back to the basics when eating as well!-- lean protein meals with green vegetable sides, protein snacks, and not drinking with meals! I'm TRYING.. at least :)
