I was told I was missed and God knows I miss you all too! So very much has been happening in life...funny thing is we almost never expect the twist and turns life takes us on..nonetheless, we have to count it ALL Joy...I have written a book and it will be available online and to purchase hopefully by the 1st of March...The book is called "The Weight Is Over:Confess, Commit, Continue!"  Those of us who have experienced the turbulant times losing and gaining weight thru the years know first hand that its not just physical weight...my book address just that and I would love your support...I live in Houston now but frequent Atlanta so I will be between the two cities almost monthly....I am conducting two workshops over the next couple of weeks and if you are in the Houston area and can come out, please do so...if you are in another city and would like to attend a workshop I dont mind coming to your area as long as we can get 10 people there...attached is the flyer.  Also, visit my website... like my page on FB journeytoselflove or send me a friends request Chana The Changer Kurtz...thanks for all of your support!
