Day 5

Well, I am slightly impressed.  It seems that my plan to re-invent the wagon wheel is working.  I am now down a total of 5 pounds since beginning my journey back to the wagon.  Major changes I have made so far are:

1.  Drinking waaaaaay less soda.  Down to 1-2 a day max.

2.  Drinking 1L or more of water daily. 

3.  Not drinking with my meals.

4.  Limiting my sugar intake (I was eating far too many chocolates)

5.  Eating more protein.

As far as what I am eating in general, no real big changes, though I am trying to limit my carbs (not crazy limit) by being more mindful of the carbs I am chosing to eat. 

There is only one way to go from here and that is DOWN.  LOL
