First week completed

And it would seem that my weight loss has slowed or I have hit a stall already.  Sigh.  Still plugging away though.  I have managed to get my water intake up to between 1.5-2 liters of water daily now, so that is a great improvement for me.  My biggest challenge is planning out my meals.  I have been eating a lot of Carbmaster yogurt this week and/or turkey breast.  I need to start planning better lunches.  Cheese or nuts (almonds, peanuts) have been my main snacks in between meals, and I have greatly cut back on my carb intake.  No puffcorn for this girl.
