The Blahs

Not feeling so hot tonight at work.  I just feel so tired, worn out and weak.  I didn't sleep that well today as my boy cat was being a huge brat.  I tested my pee so i know i am in ketosis, and I have the metallic taste in my mouth. I feel really dry as well though, but my fluid intake has been good, or so I think. I am really going to push the fluids today and see if that makes me feel any better.  My sugars are starting to rise again too, not quite sure, will have to call the Nurse Practitioner in Ottawa I think.
