SILS in Tijuana soon - needing reassurance

Hi all,  I'm totally new to this. My research has been endless and incredibly stressful. So many surgeons. So many reviews.  I finally decided on Dr Fernando Garcia in Tijuana for the SILS surgery. I'm just wondering if anyone has recently gone to him for surgery and how it went for you? I'd be grateful for any and all feedback. I've been confused by the two different Dr Garcias in Tijuana so that has added to my stress. Please help and best wishes to everyone on this journey. Love and light.
