"I had a wonderful VSG in April 2011 and overnight stay at Good Sam. All went extremely well. I was treated like a princess and even got a private room. The nursing staff was responsive and helpful. I experienced no discomfort or pain. The check in process was impressive. I have had 10 unrelated surgeries and this is the first time I felt that I was being treated with careful care and attention.
