Aetna Approval

So, I got a letter of denial from Aetna yesterday. The letter stated that they had not received my 3 month nutrition course info.I am now really frustrated because I know for a fact that they received that info on October 7th. I had myself sent a copy of all the material that was sent to the insurance company. So I called my surgeons office and they verified my suspicions that this was just a delay tactic since my case wasn’t approved within the 2 week time limit that they have to either approve or deny coverage.
I really believe that delay does not mean denial, but come on! I’m anxious, nervous and excited all at the same time.
