YAY! 3 1/2 Pound loss in 7 days!

It has been quite an adjustment since the last band fill. I finally know what restriction really is. I have to eat more slowly then I ever imagined possible. Since I am a former speed eater this has been my biggest challenge.I usually only weigh in with my trainer every 14 days but due to a scheduling conflict I met with her after only 7 days. I was sure I did not lose any weight. My trainer was so excited that I had actually lost 3.5 lbs.! I was shocked! I work out every single day and for the first time I feel like the results are equal to the work I have put in.
