Went in for my doctors consultation today.  Everything went really well.  I havent been weighed since some time in May.. I was so scared to step on the scales!! I am actually 1 lb less lol.  Better than gaining!! I was so scared that I did!  I met Dr. Roller and I really liked him!  He made me feel so comfortable!  His Goal weight for me is 220.  I think that is so high!! I guess it is the typical 75% loss?  I am hoping for somewhere between 160-180.   My surgery date is scheduled for OCTOBER 8th!!! YAY!!!

Never blogged before lol... so anyway...better get used to it!
I received a call from the doctors office to remind me that I have the consultation on monday.  Of course my mind totally went to mush while talking to her.  I asked if I would be notified if my insurance approved or them.. she said that they do.  I asked about the pre-op diets are required through them and she said no, although I may end up doing that on my own.  Then I asked if she would have a general idea when I would be looking at for a surgery date.  She said that they do set up the surgery date at the end of the appointment and depending on insurance requirements, etc, it would be roughly 6-8 weeks!  Although, I secretly was hoping for september, looks like it will be the beginning to middle of October.  I am so nervously excited!!
