Well, can you believe that it is March already...it will be Christmas before we know it...

Just wanted to post something to touch base with you all.  Not too much different here.  Still working my butt off at the gym and working hard to get all of my protein and H20 in everyday...I am still frustrated with this dag gone stall but I know what the issue is.  I need to work harder on getting in my daily protein and water to kick start my weightloss again...still stuck at 266 and its starting to piss me off...I want to be at 250 by Easter.  I have over a month to do it and I now I can do it.  For real, Im going to have to do a Liquid protein train for a couple of days to jump start my body into losing some more weight...I think Im going to start tomorrow...its all protein, water and sugarfree jello, sugarfree pudding, etc...

Ill let you guys know how I do...Ill check back later in the month.
