1 year Post-Op

Hey, I really miss OH and everybody that I have met via OH.  I started a new job in August and I havent had the time to really sit down and check in with everyone.  But when I got my email from the OH administrater...I felt that I had to add a new post.  Well, November 18th was my one year!  I never thought that I would be here, but I am and I love every new day.  Im not at my goal yet but Im like 40 lbs away.  I have lost about 120ish and I feel great. 

I kinda got lazy with the gym and my eating habits but Im steadly getting back on track. 

Thank you for all of those who have given me advice and tough love when I needed it.  Ill check back when I can.  Love ya all!
