EVEN MY SHOES ARE TOO BIG

So I pulled out my suede Nine West flats, purchased last season.  I ordered them (TWO pair) a 1/2 size smaller bc I was working towards my RNY...My gorgeous brand new shoes are TOO BIG ...  

I have one new pair of pewter flats (size 8 1/2)  that I am sooooo tired of wearing.  But I'm too scared to invest in another pair....Do you think my feet are done ?!?!?
