This morning I didnt want to eat breakfast, I had a shake already and was feeling pretty good. BUT I forced my self to get some breakfast. I just logged my meals into the SPARK.com application
5:00 am - Protein Shake, Green Apple Synthrax Nectar. with a shot of no sugar added apple juice and lots of ice
7:30 am- 1 fresh egg, 1 slice of cheese and 3 strips of bacon
10:30 am- Greek yogurt (pineapple flavor)
Once i finish this yogurt , i will be at 56 grams of protein and I havent even had lunch yet :)
