Ricotta Cheese <3 my new favorite food

So everyone talks about the spaghetti sauce and ricotta cheese meal....I FINALLY tried it this weekend. 

It was the best thing I have eaten in a loooong time.  I made my own sauce and served the family pasta.

I cannot believe I waited this long to try it....

Spent the rest of the weekend trying to add ricotta cheese to everything...it was really good in my eggs too.

What other recipes can I add ricotta cheese to?????
